History

Ray Wall had a vision to help individuals and families realize their dreams of owning a home.  As a result, in 2003, Paragon Investment Properties came to be. PIP’s desire was to assist potential homeowners with building their home equity.  

Through growing pains, the decision was made to restructure the company. Thus, Paragon Investment Enterprise LLC was born.  

In 2011, it was decided to dissolve PIE LLC and move the limited liability company to Texas.  It is now called Paragon Initiative Investments, LLC.

Staff Biographies

Ray M. Wall has been involved in the real estate business since 1983 as an agent and an investor. He is CEO/Executive Manager of Paragon Initiative Investments, LLC.

Dianne Wall created and developed our web site and collateral. It is her job to develop marketing strategies; maintain and update documents, web pages, and collateral.
